Our administration considers homosexuals to be criminal, but there is no crime in gay sex. It is a normal process of body.
As there are transgender communities in the society as well as the homosexuals, who do not feel attracted to opposite sex, on attracted to same sex. According to medical science, there is no illness in them because of social prejudice, they are hated in society, they are forced to leave society. Since they are not responsible for their habitude, and since the people of this community are doing well in important work in the society like education, business etc. same as heterosexual community, so humanitarian organisations have been vocal about their discrimination in the society. Humanity is above all religion, people should not be judged by their race-gender or religion.
Today, the Supreme Court of India has given verdicts in favour of gay marriage and living together with each other. With that, section 377 was abolished. This is a ground-breaking breakthrough for people who work for legal rights of homosexuals both in India and outside India.
However, homosexuals are still seen in dirty eyes in our country. I do not understand, why people have so much interest in who is homosexual, who is heterosexual, who will have sexual intercourse with whom! In fact, these people suffer from sexual despair; these people are not satisfied themselves, so they engage themselves with others’ activities. Whether its homosexual or heterosexual; if there is no rape, cheating, nobody nor the society has the rights to interfere.
