Formed in 2018, the LGBT Bangladesh Trust is an organisation working globally to use strategic litigation to defend the human rights of LGBT people. Based in London, our team of lawyers, researchers, activists and communications specialists work with activists and lawyers across the world.
We are always led by the needs of local activists, providing them at their request with sophisticated technical legal assistance and related support. Working with a network of 25 of the world’s largest law firms and leading UK and international human rights barristers, we have connected local activists and civil society organisations across five continents.
