Homosexuality or heterosexuality is not dependent on man’s will. In most cases, it is by birth, emotional or behavioural in some cases. Behavioural homosexuals are basically heterosexual. As the news of homosexuality in different madrasas comes to us, they are basically heterosexual. In the absence of sexual intercourse of the opposite sex, they have sexual intercourse with same sex. This topic is called crippled logic.
A person may be a homosexual or bisexual. None of this is unusual or immoral behaviour. Many people want to say that homosexuality is against the nature, so it is illegal or unconstitutional. Based on “what is usual”, “what is unusual”, if moral decision is taken on “what should be done”, “what must be done”, “what should not be done”, “what cannot be done”, then this hypocrisy takes place. For example, Satidah tradition has been going on for ages. So, it’s normal and good. But, coming out of the ages doesn’t mean that it is good or right and there is no logic for it. On the basis of majority, normal- unusual, good-bad cannot be determined. It is normal for most people to get attracted towards opposite sex, and it is unusual to attracted to same sex – this analogy is also a logical fallacy. And it is good to say that, there is plenty of example of homosexuality, bisexuality, transformational variation among different species of animals.
With whom an adult woman or man will relate themselves mentally or physically, it is their personal matter. This can be relations between men and men, men and women or women and women. If the state, society or religion imposes a policy or rules on this, it will be an intervention on person’s personal liberty human rights violations.
Whereas sexual relationship between adults and homosexuals on the basis of mutual consent has been legalized in neighbouring country of India, the law of stone to death of homosexuals in Brunei has been introduced. This kind of inhuman, barbaric law can strongly be criticised and still be less. Decreasing the right to live of someone is the ultimate stage of human rights violation. I seek iimmediate international intervention on those countries in which such laws are introduced.
Equal rights should be established, Humanity should be freed
